To set a relationship to an existing conduit or cable feature from the DGN:

1. Click on the Edit Feature command.
2. Select a Conduit Route in the GIS view (highlighted).
3. Navigate to the Conduit tab in the Feature Editor.
4. Right-click on the Conduit Route or a Conduit Element in the top view of the Conduit tab.
5. Select "Add > Existing > From DGN" from the pop-up menu.

   

6. Select a cable feature from the GIS view.
